Lahad Datu Stand-Off: No One Shot, Says Police

Pic: NSTTANJUNG LABIAN: Sabah Police Commisioner Datuk Hamza Taib has refuted reports that two gunmen holed up with the Sulu group in Tanduo were shot Monday.

"It is not true," said Hamza, who arrived in Lahad Datu at about 11am for an update on the stand-off that has entered its third week.

Since early morning, talk has been rife of a shooting in Tanduo village but Malaysian security forces surrounding the area have denied it.
