KUALA LUMPUR, 6 FEBRUARY, 2012: The body of a foreign woman was found inside a luggage bag at a hotel here last night, police said.

Dang Wangi police chief ACP Zulkarnain Abdul Rahman said a hotel worker found the bag with the woman's body inside at about 9:30pm.

"The victim is believed to have been killed in another room and had her body stuffed in the bag and placed there," he said when contacted by Bernama.

Police did not found any identification document on the victim.

Police are investigating the motives and have obtained statements from several witnesses.

The body has been sent to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital.
