The Courtyard SS15 Bodytone Studio has introduced a new technology partner, MyZone, into their fitness programme - incorporating their pioneering system of Whole Body Vibration (WBV) training.
What is MyZone? It is an advanced interactive system that involves the use of the MZ-3 Physical Belt which enables the tracker to analyse heart rates, activity time as well as calories burned. Bodytone is synonymous with using advanced equipment and techniques into their regimen.
Also in view are a series of personalised colour coded tiles where users will be kept informed of their heart rate zone at any given moment during their workout.
The trainers at Bodytone Studio put on a show for the media, showing they tried to achieve a red-coloured zone.
‘MyZone is more than just a fitness tracking device. It encourages healthy competition not only within the Bodytone Community but also amongst a global network of users.
‘We are proud to say Bodytone Studio is the first fitness centre in Malaysia to introduce this system for clients with a fun and easy way to co-track their fitness results,’ said Vincent Mah, co-founder of Bodytone Studio.
The event was also the launching of the new Courtyard SS15 studio, and the new MyZone app where users can set goals, view status rankings and be a part of team challenges. The app also aims to bridge fitness and social networking, allowing users to send comments to contacts and post details of their latest workouts to Facebook and Twitter.
‘As we are always seeking new exciting ways to promote fitness, Bodytone and MyZone acknowledges the significance in preserving a social fitness lifestyle physically which is achievable through the mobile application’, added Bodytone Operations Manager Helen Sta Maria.
Also present at the launch was Raymond Ooi, Miss Universe Malaysia 2016 (and the previous winners of previous years), Atilia Haron, and comedian Douglas Lim among other celebrities.
Bodytone Studio launched in 2008 with their flagship product, the Power Plate alongside their Acceleration Training and Whole Body Vibration (WBA) training.
