All Parties Must Move As One BN - Subramaniam

SEREMBAN: MIC president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam today urged all leaders at every level, from MIC, MCA, UMNO and other component parties to move as one Barisan Nasional (BN).

Subramaniam who is also the Health Minister said parties working separately should not be a norm as it does not reflect the cohesiveness.

"We need to avoid working alone, we have to show the identity of the BN so that people can see and we move as BN. The changes we need to do ... and if we do not, we will definitely face problems in the future," he said at the Negeri Sembilan state level 70th MIC Anniversary Celebrations here, tonight.

Also present were Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, Deputy MIC President who is also the Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister Department, Datuk Seri S K Devamany, MIC committee member who is also Deputy Education Minister Datuk P.Kamalanathan and leaders of BN component parties.

In the previous general election, MIC was allocated three seats in Negeri Sembilan, which were two State Legislative Assembly seats in Jeram Padang and Port Dickson, and one parliamentary seat in Teluk Kemang.
