624 To Receive Awards And Medals At Investiture Ceremony In Conjunction With Sultan Of Kelantan's Birthday

KOTA BARU: Army Field Commander West Lt Gen Datuk Azizan Md Delin leads a list of 624 recipients who will be conferred awards and medals in conjunction with Sultan of Kelantan Sultan Muhammad V's 48th birthday celebration today.

State Secretary Datuk Mohd Faudzi Che Mamat said Azizan was the sole recipient for the Darjah Kebesaran Kesateria Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Perkasa (SPKK) which carries the title Datuk.

He said the Regent of Kelantan Dr Tengku Muhammad Faiz Petra would present the award at the investiture ceremony at Istana Balai Besar here, this morning.

He said 39 of the recipients would receive the awards which also carries the title Datuk.

"Appeal court judge Datuk Setia Mohd Zawawi Salleh and Education Ministry secretary-general Datuk Seri Alias Ahmad are among three people who will receive the Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (SPSK)," he said.

Faudzi said the other person to receive the SPSK awards and the title Datuk was Kelantan finance officer Datuk Nik Kazim Nik Yusoff.

He said two people would receive the Darjah Kebesaran Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (DPMK), also carrying the title Datuk. They are Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) vice-chancellor Prof Datin Paduka Dr Aini Ideris and Prime Minister’s Department research general director Datuk Hasanah Ab Hamid.

Six people will receive the Darjah Kebesaran Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (DJMK) which carries the title Datuk.

They are rural and regional development deputy minister Datuk Ahmad Jazlan Yaakub, Gual Periuk assemblyman Mohamad Awang, Kelantan Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council (MAIK) ulama member Wan Hassan Wan Muhammad, JL99 Group executive chairman Datuk Seri Lee Boon Kiat, lawyer Sunil Abraham and businessman Tan Ah Chio.

"Seven will be awarded with the Darjah Kebesaran Kesateria Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Perkasa (DPKK) and they are Army Second Division commander Major-General Datuk Mohd Ramli Jaafar and Rocket Artillery Brigade Sungai Besi camp commander Brig. Gen. Wee Han Siew.

"Others are the 15th Yang Di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Muhammad V's army escort, Brig. Gen. Mohd Zulkipli Mohd Zahir, Royal Malaysia Air Force Escort Brig. Gen. Muhammad Tarminzi Mustapa and Royal Malaysian Navy camp (administration division) staff assistant chief, First Admiral Kamarulzaman Jusoh," he said.

He said others will also receive the DPKK award respectively, carrying the title Datuk, namely 8th Infantry Brigade Commander Brig Gen Nazari Abd Hadi and First Admiral Sharum Shaim, the Royal Malaysian navy escort to 15th Yang Di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Muhammad V.

Faudzi said a total of 12 recipients would receive the Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (DPSK) awards which carries the title Datuk.

They are Malaysian ambassador to United Arab Emirates Syed Md Hasrin Tengku Hussin @ Syed Hussin, Human Resources ministry secretary-general Dr Mohd Gazali Abas, Natural Resources deputy secretary-general from the Natural Resources and Environment Ministry Datuk Suhaimi Mamat and Kelantan state federal development department director Yahya Mamat.

The other recipients include Kelantan Syariah high court judge Abu Bakar Abdullah Kutty, South Kelantan Development Authority (Kesedar) managing director Fazam Lazim and former Kelantan education director Jaafar Ismail.

The others who will receive the DPSK awards are Universiti Sains Malaysia health campus, campus director Prof. Dr Ahmad Sukari Halim, Kelantan Works director Razani Ab Lazid and National strategy unit director from the Finance Ministry Datuk Dr Aminuddin Hassim.

Faudzi said eight people would be conferred with Darjah Kebesaran Jasa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Setia (Al-Petrawi II) (DPJK) award carrying the title Datuk and its includes Customs deputy director-general (enforcement/compliance) Datuk Zulkifli Yahya, Kelantan police chief Deputy Commissioner Police Datuk Hasanuddin Hassan and his deputy, Senior Assistant Commissioner Din Ahmad.

He said three would receive the Darjah Kebesaran Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (PMK), seven recipients the Darjah Kebesaran Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (Al-Ismaili III) (JMK), while a sole person will be conferred with Darjah Kebesaran Kesateria Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Perkasa (Al-Yahyawi III) (PKK).

Forty-one people will receive the Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (Al-Ibrahimi III) (PSK), four for the Darjah Kebesaran Jasa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Setia (Al-Petrawai III) (PJK), 62 receive the Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (Al-Ibrahimi IV) (BSK), 17 for the Darjah Kebesaran Jasa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Setia (Al-Petrawi IV) (BJK), 48 for Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (Al-Ibrahimi V) (ASK) and six will receive the Darjah Kebesaran Jasa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Setia (Al-Petrawi V) (AJK).

Faudzi also said Kelantan Berita Harian bureau chief Anwar Aminussin Mat Hussin is among 48 recipients would receive the Bintang Mahkota Kelantan (SMK) while Kelantan Harian Metro stringer Rosliza Mohamed is among 55 would receive the Pingat Setia Mahkota Kelantan (PS).

Fifty-one will receive the Bintang Seri Kelantan (SK), 92 will receive Bintang Ahli Kelantan (AK), 60 will receive Pingat Bakti (PB), 59 will receive Pingat Ta'at (PT) and 19 will receive Pingat Perangai Baik (PPB).

Three people will receive the letter of appreciation and nine people will be awarded Jaksa Pendamai (JP).
