KUALA LUMPUR, 30 APRIL, 2012: One-month-old news portal, The Malaysian Times is offering a RM10,000 reward for information that could lead to the safe return of 12-year-old Nayati Shamelin.

Malaysian Digest was informed by a senior management of The Malaysian Times at 6:30pm today that the portal was offering the reward from its own pocket.

This came hours after the Malaysian Digest launched its Bring Nayati Home campaign.

A prominent local businessman had, via Malaysian Digest, offered a RM50,000 reward for Nayati's safe return.
