On hot day fresh cool watermelon juice is a wonderful treat. Normally you have to have an expensive juicer to make this concoction but Instructables user Miss Cabbit shows us how to make watermelon juice using an electric crill, a coat hanger, a mesh strainer, and (of course) a chilled watermelon. Simply cut a small hole in the top off the watermelon, shape your hanger to resemble a whisk and pop it into the chuck of your drill, and insert the coat hanger into the watermelon drilling around the interior to crudely blend the fruit. Put a mesh strainer over a bowl and empty the contents of the watermelon into the strainer. If you're watermelon is chilled you can just serve the juice as is, but if not you can serve it over ice. Happy fasting to all the muslim out there =)
SUPPLIES :
We found a large watermelon, a coat hanger a drill, a strainer, some ice, a bowl and some cups. That's all we need.

It is a HOT day at TechShop Menlo Park and everyone is sweating and working hard on their projects. Some watermelon juice sounds great but how do we make it with what we have around? :)
